Swimming Pool What better way to relax on holiday than a lovely swim in our own private indoor swimming pool. With water heated to 32 degrees our fully tiled air conditioned pool measures 13' x 26' and is solely for the use of our cottage guests. The pool is open 9.00am to 7.00pm or dusk. Many children learn to swim while on holiday and we award a certificate to those who do.

Gardens and Grounds The cottages are all in a beautiful garden setting, we have plenty level grass for even the most energetic to let off steam. We also keep a traditional English cottage garden with a delightful combination of cottage borders, vegetables and fruit trees.

Mountain Bikes Take to the lanes on a mountain bike, or for the youngsters from "tots to teens" a great selection of bikes, trikes and ride ons to use around the grounds, best of all the hugely popular giant go-cart. Learn to cycle on our flat safe area and gain a certificate.

	Play Area       Our grounds are all private and off the road, so play tennis on the lawn. Climb, swing and slide in the adventure play area. Enjoy a tasty barbecue with traditional charcoal or easy to use gas barbies, or relax in a quiet corner of the garden.
	Pets and Wildlife       We take care to run our cottages in harmony with the natural surroundings. Guests may spot wild deer, hares, buzzards and mallards. Our free range rare breed poultry happily scratch around the gardens. Most popular with our guests are our friendly pigmy goats, and angora goats. They are in a safe petting paddock and love to be hand fed.
